Each landing page on our website gives you a wide range of information on the organisation and the choice of call connection should you wish to use it. If you’d prefer to find the official number elsewhere we also give you the URL for the official company which you can click on and be directed to their website to continue searching.

If you decide to use one of our premium rate call connection numbers you will hear a recording of our charges and then be connected to that company.

Each landing page which promotes a premium rate call connection number clearly displays the relevant charges associated with using the service. Where you call one of our premium rate numbers your call will be charged as follows:

£3.60 on call connection then £3.60 per minute plus your phone company’s access charge

We are not responsible for any phone provider access charges. These charges are set by your phone provider and we have no control over any access charges. To understand the costs of calling an 090 number please refer to your phone, mobile or network provider.

As an example, your phone provider may charge 30p per minute access charge, this is an additional charge decided and charged by your phone company, added-on to the £3.60 per minute charged by us.
